Special Counsel / Senior Associate, Project & Energy Finance — Los Angeles

Senior-level role in a leading international law firm’s Los Angeles project, energy and infrastructure finance group. The team advises developers, investors and lenders on complex structured financings across renewable energy, infrastructure and energy-transition transactions.

The successful candidate will work on renewable project financings, tax-credit monetization structures and related energy-transition matters, collaborating with cross-border teams on sophisticated transactions and commercial solutions.

• Substantial experience advising on renewable project finance and structured financings.
• Demonstrated experience with tax-credit monetization and energy-transition transactions.
• Proven track record leading complex deals at a top-tier law firm or in-house finance team.
• Strong academic credentials, commercial judgment, client development experience and ability to mentor junior lawyers.
