Associate — Structured Finance, Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a Finance associate for its Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on structured finance and securitization matters, supporting a busy transactional practice.

Typical work includes drafting and negotiating complex lending and securitization documents (including warehouse credit agreements), managing multiple concurrent transactions, and coordinating with deal teams.
