Associate — Tax, Century City

Leading international law firm seeking associates to join a growing tax practice in Century City. The role involves drafting and researching technical federal and state tax issues and supporting transactional work across M&A, capital markets and real estate.

Candidates will work on matters such as private equity M&A, IPOs and spin-offs, investment fund formation and REIT-related transactions. The team values creative problem-solving and offers regular client-facing work and opportunities for public speaking and conference participation.

• J.D. from an accredited law school; class years 2020–2023 preferred
• Strong academic record and excellent legal research and writing skills
• Experience or coursework in tax law; familiarity with transactional tax issues (M&A, capital markets, fund formation, or REIT matters)
• Outstanding oral communication, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for client interaction and in‑office collaboration
