Associate — Tax, Century City

Top-tier Los Angeles office seeking associates to join a growing tax practice. The role offers exposure to transactional tax matters across private equity M&A, capital markets (including spin-offs and IPOs), investment fund formation, and real estate/REIT matters.

Successful candidates will work on technically complex tax questions, perform deep research and writing, and collaborate closely with deal teams and clients. The group values strong interpersonal skills and encourages client-facing work and public speaking at national forums.

• Law school class years 2020–2023
• Coursework or demonstrated technical tax research and writing ability
• Experience on or interest in strategic/private equity M&A, capital markets, fund formation, and/or real estate/REIT transactions
• Excellent oral communication, analytical skills, and top academic credentials
• Enthusiasm for client interaction, teamwork, and public speaking
