Mid-to-senior level associate role in a national real estate practice with opportunities across multiple U.S. offices (California locations highlighted). The role focuses on transactional commercial real estate work including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing.

Successful candidates will manage small-to-mid sized matters or portions of larger matters, draft and negotiate transactional documentation, coordinate with clients and third parties, and work closely on deal teams. Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus.
