Associate, Tax — Dallas

Growing tax practice seeking associates (law school class years 2019–2025) to work on complex transactional tax matters. You will join a nationally recognized team advising on a range of tax issues across private equity, fund formation, capital markets, energy taxation and real estate/REIT matters.

The role requires strong technical tax research and writing, excellent oral communication and analytical skills, and top academic credentials. The group values interpersonal skills and client-facing work, including opportunities for public speaking at national tax conferences.

• Law school class years 2019–2025
• Transactional tax experience (examples: private equity M&A, capital markets including spin‑offs/IPO, energy taxation, fund formation, or REIT/real estate tax)
• Strong tax research, writing and analytical abilities
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills; client-facing experience preferred
• Top academic credentials and ability to think creatively about novel issues
