Associate, Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits — Dallas

Seeking an associate to join a U.S. executive compensation and employee benefits team in Dallas. The group focuses on executive compensation, equity and other incentive arrangements, and ERISA-related matters, with an emphasis on executive and equity compensation.

Work includes a blend of transaction-related assignments and general advisory work for corporate clients. The role involves drafting plan documents and agreements, advising on equity programs and incentive arrangements, and handling ERISA compliance questions.

• J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
• Law school class years 2020–2024
• Strong coursework or experience in executive compensation, equity-based compensation, and ERISA
• Experience on transactional matters and general advisory work; strong drafting and analytical skills
