  • J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Law school class years 2020–2024
  • Strong coursework or experience in executive compensation, equity-based compensation, and ERISA
  • Experience on transactional matters and general advisory work; strong drafting and analytical skills
