Associate, Labor & Employment — Dallas

Top-tier law firm seek an associate to join its Dallas labor & employment team focusing primarily on employer-side litigation. The role emphasizes defense of class and representative actions, including wage & hour and discrimination matters, with additional advisory and internal-investigation work.

Ideal candidates will have experience handling class/collective litigation and will be comfortable managing discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation in complex employment matters. The team works across litigation and counseling matters for a broad employer client base.

• J.D. and admission (or eligibility) to the Texas bar
• Approximately 3+ years' experience at a peer law firm in employment litigation
• Demonstrable experience with class or collective actions, including wage & hour and discrimination cases
• Strong litigation skills: briefing, depositions, discovery management, and client counseling
