ERISA Litigation Associate, Dallas

We are seeking an ERISA litigation associate to join a busy Dallas litigation team handling high‑stakes employee benefits disputes. The role involves defending and prosecuting ERISA class actions and complex matters involving fiduciary duty claims, excessive fee challenges, and disputes relating to defined contribution and defined benefit plans.

The position offers substantive courtroom and motion practice exposure, collaborative team work on multi‑party litigation, and opportunities to work on cases for major corporate and financial services clients in a fast‑paced environment.

• J.D.; law school class years 2020 022 preferred
• Substantive experience litigating ERISA matters, including class actions, fiduciary duty claims, and excessive fee litigation
• Familiarity with defined contribution and defined benefit plan issues
• Strong legal research, motion practice, and written advocacy skills
