Associate — Tax, New York

Well-established international law firm seeks lateral associates to join its New York Tax group. The team advises on tax aspects of complex corporate transactions and works closely with M&A, capital markets and financial-services practices.

Ideal candidates will contribute to transactional tax planning, structuring and documentation, and provide client-focused advice across cross-border matters. This role is for experienced lawyers; current law students are not eligible.

• Minimum 2 years' tax practice experience at a comparable law firm
• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrable tax technical skills (transactional tax, structuring)
• Excellent drafting, communication and teamwork skills; ability to work on cross-border matters
