Associate, Tax — New York

Experienced tax associate role within a large international tax practice focused on cross-border matters. The role involves researching international tax issues, drafting memoranda and legal opinions, and preparing client-facing written work.

This is a hybrid position based in New York. The team advises multinational clients and works across jurisdictions; the role requires close collaboration with other offices and practice groups.

• JD, LLM, or foreign equivalent
• Approximately 1 year post-qualification experience, gained at an international law firm or as a judicial law clerk (may be concurrent)
• Licensed to practice in New York
• Experience researching international tax issues and drafting memos, legal opinions, and other client documents
• Strong legal research, writing, and cross-border tax skills; comfortable working in a hybrid, team-oriented environment
