Tax Associate — M&A Tax

Leading law firm is seeking a Tax Associate to join its M&A tax team in the United States. The role is open to candidates based in New York or Washington, D.C., and will focus on tax aspects of corporate transactions.

The team advises on a range of transactional tax matters for corporate clients. This is a collaborative role with opportunity to work on sophisticated M&A matters alongside experienced transactional lawyers.
