Associate — Tax, Palo Alto

Growing tax practice seeks associates (law school class years 2020–2023) to join a busy Palo Alto team advising on corporate and transactional tax matters. The group handles a mix of private equity M&A, capital markets (including spin-offs and IPOs), investment fund formation, and real estate/REIT matters.

Successful candidates will have strong technical tax research and writing skills, top academic credentials, excellent oral advocacy, and a collaborative client-facing approach. The team values interpersonal skills and encourages public speaking and active in-office collaboration.

• Law school class years 2020–2023
• Solid technical tax research and writing ability
• Experience with private equity M&A, capital markets, fund formation, and/or real estate/REIT matters
• Outstanding oral communication, analytical skills, and top academic record
• Enthusiastic about client interaction, public speaking, and in-person teamwork
