Associate — Tax (Real Estate) — New York

We are seeking associates (law school class of 2022 and later) to join a growing tax practice in New York. The role focuses on real estate tax matters, including REIT-related work, within a busy transactional tax team.

Candidates should be comfortable with technical tax research and analysis and eager to work on novel, complex issues. The team values clear, persuasive writing, strong oral advocacy, and creative problem-solving.
