Associate — Tax (Real Estate/REIT) — Washington, D.C.

Top law firm tax group is seeking associates (law school class of 2022 and later) to join its Washington, D.C. office focusing on real estate and REIT-related tax work. The role involves research and analysis on complex federal tax issues arising in commercial real estate transactions and REIT structures.

Successful candidates will work on technical tax matters alongside experienced practitioners and contribute to written memoranda, client advice, and transactional documentation. The team is growing and looks for candidates who enjoy solving novel tax problems and collaborating across practice areas.
