National law firm is seeking a mid-level tax associate to join its US tax practice. The role involves advising on a mix of transactional matters such as M&A, capital markets and international tax aspects, working across deal teams and with clients on concurrent matters.

Candidates may be based in any of several US offices (including major business and tech markets). The team values strong problem-solving, client-service skills and the ability to manage multiple ongoing matters.

3–5 years of tax practice experience (transactional experience in M&A, capital markets and/or international tax preferred)
Strong academic record from a recognized law school; LL.M. in taxation preferred but not required
Proven ability to manage multiple matters, work on deal teams and maintain client relationships
Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
