Associate — Tax (Transactional Tax) — Hamburg

International law firm is hiring a transactional tax associate to join its Hamburg tax team. The role focuses on structuring and advising on tax aspects of corporate and finance transactions for multinational and domestic clients.

The team works across offices on cross-border deals and provides practical, commercially focused tax advice on transactions, joint ventures, private equity and related matters. The role offers significant exposure to complex transactional tax work and collaboration with senior lawyers across jurisdictions.

• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in transactional tax
• Demonstrable experience advising on tax aspects of corporate/finance transactions
• Strong drafting, technical tax analysis and commercial judgment
• Ability to work in a collaborative, international team environment
