Associate — Corporate & Group Tax, Hamburg

We are seeking an experienced tax lawyer or certified tax advisor to join a busy corporate and group tax team in the firm's Hamburg office. The role focuses on advising German and international clients on transactional tax matters, group restructurings and ongoing corporate tax compliance.

The team offers a mix of advisory and deal work, close collaboration with other practice groups, and exposure to cross-border mandates. The position suits a lawyer who wants a hands-on role with client contact and professional development in a well-established German firm.

• Qualified Rechtsanwalt (German Bar) or Steuerberater with relevant tax qualification
• Practical experience in corporate and group taxation, including restructurings and transaction tax
• Comfortable with both advisory and transactional work; experience on cross-border matters advantageous
• Strong German and business-level English; excellent drafting and client-facing skills
