Associate, Corporate (Commercial & Trade) – Hamburg

Start your career in a leading German commercial practice with an emphasis on trade and logistics. You will join a team advising national and international clients on commercial and trade law issues, including contract drafting, negotiation and disputes related to cross-border supply chains and digitalised logistics.

The role offers early client exposure, structured on-the-job training and mentoring, and opportunities to work on matters at the intersection of commerce, automation and international trade. You will collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and progressively take on your own responsibilities in client matters.

• German legal qualification (Staatsexamina) completed with above-average results
• Strong interest in commercial/trade law and mobility & logistics sector issues
• Very good English skills; comfortable in international mandates
• Team-oriented, structured and solution-focused working style; high initiative and readiness to take responsibility
