You will join a market-regarded practice working on complex, innovative technology matters and collaborate with cross-border teams. The team supports hybrid working and provides structured development, mentoring and skills training to progress technical and commercial capabilities.

3–5 years' post-qualification experience (mid-level associate).
Practical experience advising on commercial technology matters: cloud/SaaS, outsourcing, software development & implementation, telecoms, licensing and support.
Strong understanding of technology contract drivers (warranties, liabilities, SLAs, transition/exit, change control, escrow).
Comfort working in a collaborative, international team and handling complex, innovative transactions.
