Apply in confidence →Top-tier national law firm is seeking a midlevel associate to join its Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. This is a multi-office role (several U.S. offices) with hybrid work options. The hire will work on a broad range of commercial technology matters supporting corporate transactions and product deployment.
Typical work includes drafting and negotiating licensing, SaaS/cloud, outsourcing, and other technology agreements; advising on IP and data/privacy-related issues; supporting M&A and financing diligence and documentation; and counseling clients on matters involving AI, blockchain, fintech, mobile and digital platforms. Candidates will work with emerging-company and enterprise clients across the technology lifecycle.

- Approximately 4 years post-qualification experience in technology transactions and related IP/privacy matters
- Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating licensing, SaaS/cloud, outsourcing or related commercial tech agreements
- Familiarity with AI, blockchain, fintech, mobile apps, or digital content is strongly preferred
- Experience at a national AmLaw-level law firm (experience at an AmLaw 50 firm required)
- Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
