Join a well-established Australian litigation team in Sydney handling administrative law and insurance-related disputes. The role involves working across Commonwealth jurisdictions advising government agencies and self-insured entities on statutory issues, claims management and litigious matters.

You will undertake regular advocacy in merits review and administrative tribunals, support litigated proceedings and draft detailed advices and court documents. The team offers structured mentorship, genuine career development and exposure to complex, fast-paced matters.

  • 2–7 years’ post‑admission experience in insurance, administrative law or a related litigation practice
  • Practical experience with statutory issues, claims handling and tribunal advocacy preferred
  • Strong advocacy interest, excellent analytical and drafting skills
  • Sound verbal communication, organisation skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Willingness to work with government and self‑insurer clients across Commonwealth jurisdictions
