The post-holder will work closely with corporate teams to provide IP strategy and due diligence support, assist partners in developing the practice, and contribute to firmwide objectives. The team supports hybrid working and offers structured training, mentoring and career development.
- Qualified solicitor with approximately 3–5 years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of IP law, especially patents and trade marks; familiarity with designs and copyright.
- Practical experience on transactional IP matters, including conducting IP due diligence and advising on IP aspects of SPAs/APAs and other deal documents.
- Proven record working as a mid-level associate in a reputable law firm and ability to support business-development and practice growth activities.
