Mid-senior level associate opportunity in a major finance practice focused on transportation and space-sector transactions. The role centers on structured finance and securitization matters involving esoteric assets such as aircraft, railcars, ships, digital infrastructure and energy-related assets.

Work will be transaction-focused, supporting deal teams on securitizations, structured financings, securities matters, acquisition and leveraged financings, leasing and secured lending. The team seeks candidates with large-firm finance experience who want to deepen a transactional structured-finance practice.

Mid‑ to senior‑level associate with substantial finance/structured‑finance experience
Experience in securitization, structured financings and related securities work
Familiarity with acquisition and leveraged financings, leasing (operating and leveraged) and secured lending
Strong academic credentials and prior large‑firm transaction experience
Interest in working on transactions involving esoteric assets (aircraft, railcars, ships, digital infrastructure, energy assets)
