At-the-Market / Capital Markets Attorney — New York

Top-tier corporate securities team in New York is seeking an associate with 1–2 years' capital markets or public securities experience to support investment banks and issuers on At-the-Market (ATM) programs and follow-on public offerings.

Ideal candidates will have experience representing underwriters and issuers in public securities transactions, managing client relationships, and handling the day-to-day workflow for sophisticated investment banking clients. Candidates typically come from the corporate department of a national or international law firm and have strong academic credentials.

Expected annual pay range: $225,000–$235,000. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and standard firm leave and parental benefits.

• 1–2 years PQE in public securities / capital markets.
• Experience representing underwriters and/or issuers on ATM and follow-on offerings.
• Prior experience in a national or international law firm's corporate department.
• Strong academic record from an accredited law school.
