Attorney — Financial Services & Real Estate Litigation

National law firm platform seeks litigation attorneys to join its Financial Services and Real Estate litigation teams. Positions are open across the United States with flexible work arrangements, including hybrid and potential fully remote roles.

Successful candidates will handle commercial and real-estate-related litigation matters, gaining hands-on responsibility for litigation strategy, client interaction, motion practice, hearings, depositions, and trials. The role offers direct mentorship from experienced national litigators and exposure to complex, high-stakes matters across multiple jurisdictions.

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience (commercial, financial services, or real estate preferred)
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with motion practice and courtroom appearances; real estate transactional experience is a plus
