Attorney, Subrogation & Recovery — Los Angeles

Seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join a national Subrogation & Recovery practice in the Los Angeles office. The role offers substantial courtroom and case-responsibility opportunities within a team that handles complex property-damage and recovery matters.

Work will include investigating large-loss incidents, coordinating with forensic experts, leading discovery and motion practice, taking and defending depositions, and participating in mediations and trial preparation. The position supports a hybrid work arrangement with remote days available.

• Minimum 4 years of civil litigation experience (PQE)
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in California
• Experience with subrogation, property-damage, product liability, construction defect, or commercial litigation matters preferred
• Strong litigation, analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills; able to manage matters independently and work collaboratively
