Apply in confidence →Seeking a litigation associate to join a national law firm's U.S. data privacy and technology litigation team. This role is open to candidates across multiple offices and remote options, with a preference for California-based attorneys who hold or will obtain a California bar license.
The successful candidate will handle all phases of complex commercial litigation with a focus on privacy- and data-security-related disputes, including case investigation, discovery management, pleadings and motion practice, depositions, arbitration and class-action matters. Strong client communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across business-unit teams are required.

- 3–4 years of litigation experience (preferred)
- Active California bar or commitment to obtain one promptly
- Experience with data privacy litigation (California privacy laws such as CIPA and CCPA preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in discovery management, drafting pleadings and motions, and taking/defending depositions
- Experience with class actions and arbitration is a plus
- Strong academic record, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
