Seeking a litigation associate to join a US-based automotive product liability and warranty team. The role involves full‑lifecycle civil litigation work, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial support, on matters involving automotive warranty, product defects and related consumer claims.

This is a multi‑office opportunity open to attorneys based in Los Angeles, Orange County (Irvine) or San Francisco. The team handles a broad range of product liability and warranty matters for manufacturers, retailers and insurers in state and federal courts.

3-5 years litigation experience (PQE)
Admission to the California bar
Experience in product liability, automotive warranty or related consumer warranty litigation
Experience with discovery, law & motion practice, and taking depositions
Familiarity with California Lemon Law (Song‑Beverly) and the Magnuson‑Moss Warranty Act preferred
Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills; able to manage a caseload and work independently while contributing to a team
