Attorney, Subrogation & Recovery — New York

Seeking a litigation attorney to join a busy Subrogation & Recovery team in New York. The role involves representing corporate clients in state and federal courts on property-damage and recovery matters, handling both single- and multi-party litigation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with forensic experts, drafting pleadings and discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and appearing at court hearings. The team values strong written and verbal advocacy and the ability to manage matters independently while contributing to a collaborative practice.

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, ideally with subrogation or plaintiff-side representation
• Active NY bar license in good standing
• Proven litigation skills: drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and taking/defending depositions
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong academic credentials
