Experienced litigation attorney needed for a Subrogation & Recovery group in the firm's New York office. The role focuses on prosecuting civil actions related to property damage in New York State and Federal courts and involves hands‑on case management across single‑ and multi‑party matters.

Day‑to‑day work includes investigating loss causes with forensic experts, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions, appearing at hearings, and maintaining client and opposing‑counsel communications. The group seeks a candidate able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced litigation practice.

2–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with plaintiff‑side exposure in subrogation or property damage matters
Active license to practice in New York in good standing
Proven experience in Federal and State court practice (pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions)
Strong written and oral advocacy and drafting skills
Ability to collaborate with forensic experts and manage case investigation and valuation
