Associate, Insurance Coverage

Seeking an insurance coverage litigation associate to join a busy team handling complex coverage disputes for national and international insurers. Matters include coverage issues arising from product liability, asbestos, pollution/toxic tort, construction defect, E&O and excess liability claims.

The role is open to candidates for the New Jersey or New York offices and offers hybrid working, mentoring and structured career-development support within a large, international insurance-focused practice.

• Admitted to practice in New York; New Jersey admission preferred.
• 3-4+ years insurance coverage litigation experience, with product liability coverage experience preferred.
• Proven deposition experience and familiarity with state and federal court practice.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills; ability to supervise junior staff and manage multiple, time-sensitive matters.
