The role involves preparing coverage analyses and opinions, conducting discovery and depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and advising insurers and other industry clients. The position is a hybrid role with collaboration across a broader insurance practice group.

The group is open to candidates with strong litigation foundations who have developed insurance expertise or experienced coverage litigators seeking a collegial, growing team environment.

8–15 years of experience handling insurance coverage and bad-faith matters, including first-party property and general liability
Substantial litigation experience: depositions, hearings, drafting and arguing motions
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Admission to the California Bar; ability to work in a hybrid model
