Associate, Supreme Court & Appellate — Litigation

Join a national Supreme Court & Appellate team that handles high‑stakes appeals, certiorari practice, merits and amicus briefs, and significant dispositive motions across federal and state courts. The group works closely with trial teams to preserve issues for appeal and regularly represents clients on precedent‑setting matters.

The practice is seeking associates to work on Supreme Court and court of appeals work, contribute to strategic briefing, and participate in oral argument preparation. This is a multi‑office US opportunity; successful candidates will be integrated into a nationally coordinated appellate practice.

• Minimum of 1 year post‑qualification experience (PQE)
• Appellate clerkship required; candidates with appellate litigation experience in firm or government are also encouraged to apply
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Comfort with high‑stakes briefing and collaborative work with trial teams
