Consumer Warranty & Lemon Law Associate — Costa Mesa

Busy Orange County litigation team is seeking an associate to join its consumer warranty practice defending warranty and lemon-law claims for manufacturers and other product-makers. The role focuses on state and federal consumer litigation, with frequent opportunities to serve as local or coordinating counsel.

Ideal candidates will be admitted in California and have courtroom-oriented litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and discovery, briefing and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. The environment is collaborative but expects associates to manage files independently.

• Admitted to practice in California
• 1 67 years of litigation experience defending consumer warranty/product claims
• Experience with Song-Beverly Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, state lemon laws, UCC, and consumer sales/practices statutes preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, deposition and motion practice skills; able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced setting
