Mid-level associate opportunity with a global law firm in Singapore to join a busy banking and finance team. The role offers exposure to cross-border and domestic financings across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia‑Pacific region, including acquisition finance, asset-based lending, fund finance, real estate finance, receivables finance, structured trade and commodities, securities lending and other structured lending work.

The team acts for lenders, private credit funds and corporate borrowers on English law and Singapore law matters. You will work on high-quality, transactional matters in a collaborative environment, developing technical drafting skills, commercial judgement and client-facing experience.

3–5 years' PQE (UK equivalent)
Qualified in Singapore, England & Wales or equivalent common-law jurisdiction
Prior banking and finance transactional experience is mandatory
Strong legal drafting, attention to detail and case/project management skills
Commercial mindset; ability to work under pressure and contribute as a team player
Excellent written and oral communication; strong academic background
