Banking & Finance Attorney

Leading international law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance attorney to join its Germany practice. The role is open across the firm’s German offices and will support syndicated lending, acquisition finance and other corporate lending matters for domestic and cross-border clients.

The team advises banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on structured financing, loan documentation, regulatory aspects and refinancing transactions. You will work on high-value, complex financings alongside senior practitioners and international teams.

• Qualified to practise in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent German bar admission
• Experience in banking & finance matters, including syndicated and acquisition finance
• Strong drafting skills in German and English and experience working on cross-border transactions
• Ability to work collaboratively in multi-office, international teams
