Associate — Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Munich

Growing finance team in Munich seeks associates to work on leveraged finance and acquisition-financing matters. You will advise lenders, private‑equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on complex financing transactions, with frequent cross‑border work and collaboration across international teams.

• German-qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent German legal qualification
• Experience or strong interest in leveraged finance, acquisition financing and related banking transactions
• Excellent German and English drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work in international, transaction‑focused teams and manage client relationships
