Business Lawyer — Banking & Finance

Growing Deutschland-focused leveraged finance team in a major international firm is hiring Business Lawyers to support debt financing for mid‑market private equity transactions. The role involves advising lenders, debt funds and private equity sponsors across the full financing lifecycle, from structuring and documentation to execution and transaction management.

You will work closely with cross‑border colleagues, debt advisors and client teams on negotiating and drafting a range of financing agreements, and contribute to deal execution in a collaborative, diverse team. The team has offices in Germany and advises on matters across jurisdictions.

• Qualified German law graduate (Diplomjurist with Erste Staatsprüfung) or Wirtschaftsjurist (Master) with strong academic results
• Excellent English language skills
• Strong commercial awareness, drafting and negotiation skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills; ideally some international or secondment experience
