An international law firm is seeking a business lawyer to join its growing Leveraged Finance team in Germany. The team is positioned at the intersection of business, finance, and regulation, combining global perspectives with deep local market expertise.

You will advise debt funds, banks, and private equity investors across the full lifecycle of financing for mid-cap private equity transactions. This includes advising on financing structures and strategies, drafting and negotiating the full suite of finance documentation, collaborating with clients and international counsel and debt advisors, and managing transactions through to a successful close.

Qualified German lawyer (Diplomjurist) with a fully satisfactory First State Examination, or a business law degree (Master) with a good or better result
Very good command of English
