Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Atlanta restructuring and bankruptcy practice. The role focuses on leading complex chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings and related creditor/debtor litigation for a mix of corporate and institutional clients.

The firm is looking for a partner who will play a visible leadership role in the office, contribute to case strategy and mentor junior lawyers. Candidates with an existing bankruptcy/ restructuring client base or proven origination capabilities are encouraged to apply.

J.D. and active bar admission in Georgia (or ability to transfer).
Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, chapter 11 proceedings and restructurings.
Demonstrated client development and business-generation track record; a portable practice is a plus.
Strong leadership, case management and team mentoring skills; comfort supervising associates and supporting cross-office matters.
