• 10+ years of bankruptcy and commercial litigation experience, with substantial creditors’ rights background
• Admission to and in good standing with the California bar
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively on a team
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-state collaboration; strong written and oral advocacy skills
