Bankruptcy Staff Attorney — Creditor’s Rights Litigation, Orange County

Small-team, non-partnership-track staff attorney role supporting a creditors' rights and bankruptcy litigation practice. The position is open as full- or part-time and is designed for experienced bankruptcy litigators seeking flexible hours and a primarily remote arrangement while remaining based in California.

Responsibilities include handling bankruptcy litigation matters for financial institutions and commercial creditors, managing case work with a high degree of autonomy, and collaborating with a regional bankruptcy team as needed. This is a hands-on role for candidates who prefer substantive litigation work without partnership responsibilities.

• 6–10 years post-qualification bankruptcy and litigation experience, with substantial creditors' rights experience
• Admission to and in good standing with the California bar
• Proven ability to manage litigation matters independently and work remotely with occasional in-state collaboration
• Experience representing lending institutions, creditors, landlords, or other commercial creditors in bankruptcy-related litigation
