Seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join the Orange County office focusing on labor & employment and business litigation. The role will handle California state and federal court matters, with a mix of individual and representative/wage-and-hour cases and employment counseling work.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and responding to written discovery, managing e-discovery, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions. The team-oriented environment values strong writing, oral advocacy, and collaboration; prior trial and large-firm experience are preferred.

Position requires admission in the relevant jurisdiction and 3–5 years of litigation experience. Competitive base salary range is noted for the office and will be set based on experience and qualifications.

  • 3–5 years litigation experience in California state and/or federal courts
  • Experience with employment litigation, including single-plaintiff and wage & hour class/representative matters
  • Proven skills in written discovery, e-discovery management, motion practice, and depositions
  • Strong academic record, excellent writing and oral advocacy skills, and a collaborative approach
  • Prior trial experience or big-firm litigation background preferred; judicial clerkship a plus
