We are seeking a lateral litigation associate (law school class years 2021 through 2025) to join a broad, cutting-edge, cross-functional litigation practice in Orange County. The team handles significant federal and state court matters and welcomes candidates whose experience spans the litigation spectrum.

Associates take on meaningful responsibility, including researching and drafting motions and briefs, participating in all aspects of discovery, and managing cases and client relationships. Deposition, hearing, and trial experience is beneficial. Candidates with prior exposure to federal and significant state court litigation, as well as district or appellate court clerkship experience, are strongly preferred.

Law school class years 2021–2025
Strong interest in and prior exposure to federal and significant state court litigation
Experience across the litigation spectrum (e.g., class actions, employment, ERISA, privacy, antitrust, securities, environmental)
Excellent research and legal writing skills; comfort with motions, briefs, and discovery
District or appellate court clerkship preferred but not required
Deposition, hearing, and trial experience beneficial
