A nationally recognized intellectual property litigation team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented junior to mid-level attorney to focus on life sciences patent disputes. The role centers on representing innovator pharmaceutical companies in high-stakes patent litigation.

The successful candidate will work on complex disputes in federal district court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, with substantial exposure to Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and Biologics (BPCIA) matters. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to litigation strategy, case management, and client counseling within a dynamic practice.

Junior to mid-level experience in intellectual property litigation
Strong background in life sciences patent disputes
Experience with Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and/or Biologics (BPCIA) litigation
Experience representing innovator pharmaceutical companies in district court and before the PTAB
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex, high-stakes matters
