Apply in confidence →Well-regarded national IP litigation team seeks a junior to mid-level associate to join its Orange County office. The role focuses on life-sciences patent litigation, with frequent work on Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and biologics (BPCIA) disputes.
Successful candidates will participate in case strategy, motion practice, discovery and PTAB proceedings, and provide client-facing litigation support for innovator pharmaceutical clients on complex, high-stakes matters.
- Junior to mid-level associate with focused experience in life‑sciences patent litigation
- Substantive experience with ANDA (Hatch‑Waxman) and/or BPCIA matters
- Experience in district-court litigation and PTAB proceedings representing innovator pharmaceutical companies
- Strong legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; collaborative team orientation
