A highly regarded law firm is seeking an alternative track associate with excellent academic credentials to join its litigation practice group. The role is open across several California offices and offers a dynamic, high-volume consumer litigation practice serving financial services institutions.

The successful candidate will handle a substantial caseload involving consumer protection and class action matters, and will be well versed in state and federal court procedures. Familiarity with consumer protection statutes — including the TCPA, EFTA, and FCRA — is essential, and experience representing financial services clients is preferred.

This is an alternative track position with a 1,750 billable hour requirement. Strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, along with active membership in the California bar.

At least 5 years of experience handling high-volume litigation
Excellent academic credentials
