A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a highly qualified junior associate to join its Retail & E-Commerce litigation team in its San Francisco office. The office has been growing rapidly since opening and offers significant opportunities for continued expansion at all levels.

The team represents leading retailers and other consumer-facing companies in class actions and other complex litigation nationwide. Matters involve a broad range of evolving legal issues affecting the retail industry, including advertising and marketing, pricing and promotions, privacy, emerging technologies, and more.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation fundamentals and an interest in developing a practice focused on the retail and consumer industries. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers on sophisticated matters for major national clients, gain meaningful experience across all stages of litigation, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm's California practice.

1–4 years of litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong academic credentials, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail
Active California bar license required
Prior retail, class action, or consumer litigation experience preferred but not required
Intellectually curious and eager to take on substantive responsibility
