A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join its Retail & E-Commerce litigation team in its San Francisco office. The office has expanded significantly since opening and continues to grow in response to strong client demand.

The team represents leading retailers and other consumer-facing companies in class actions and complex litigation nationwide. Matters involve evolving legal issues affecting the retail industry, including advertising and marketing, pricing and promotions, privacy, emerging technologies, and more.

The position offers the chance to work closely with an experienced, collaborative team on sophisticated matters for major national clients, while playing an active role in the growth of the firm's California practice.

3–6 years of litigation experience
Strong interest in retail litigation, consumer class actions, and/or mass arbitrations (retail-specific experience not required)
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Strong academic credentials, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail
Active California bar license required
