Restructuring & Special Situations Finance Associate, Orange County

Seeking an associate to join a market-leading business restructuring and reorganization finance team in Orange County. The role focuses on debtor- and creditor-side financing work in distressed and special situations matters.

Work will include liability-management transactions, debtor-in-possession (DIP) financings, bankruptcy exit financings and out-of-court restructurings. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on top-of-capital-structure representations for financial institutions, including hedge funds, collateralized loan obligations and private equity sponsors.

• Law school class years 2019 through 2023
• Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers on liability-management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings
• Experience with hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds or other financial institutions preferred
