Experienced business immigration attorney role supporting U.S. and global immigration matters within a busy practice. The position is an off-track associate role focused on preparing employer‑sponsored visa petitions, RFE responses and motions, and supporting PERM Labor Certification work.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting client communications, assessing client documentation against evidentiary standards, using internal case‑management tools to manage multiple matters, and staying current on agency guidance and policy changes affecting clients' global mobility programs.

This position is bonus‑eligible and includes standard benefits such as medical, dental, vision and 401(k). Candidates must provide a writing sample and be a member in good standing of the Illinois bar.

1–3 years of U.S. business immigration experience
Admission to and good standing with the Illinois bar
Strong drafting and client‑communication skills; writing sample required
Excellent analytical, organizational and case‑management abilities; meticulous attention to detail
Global immigration or cross‑border mobility experience is a plus
