Experienced immigration associate opportunity in a specialist practice focused exclusively on business immigration and global mobility. You will join a collaborative, team-oriented office advising corporate clients and their foreign national employees on non‑immigrant and immigrant visa matters.

Day-to-day work includes preparing and filing petitions and applications, counseling clients and foreign nationals, developing case strategies, drafting letters and legal documents, and supporting immigration program management and compliance. The role offers exposure to technology-enabled processes and opportunities to mentor junior staff and improve practice efficiencies.

U.S. JD or LLM required
Member of a U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar
2–3 years' post‑qualification experience in business immigration
Solid practical knowledge of non‑immigrant and immigrant visa processes and global mobility
Excellent written and verbal communication and proofreading skills
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and ability to manage competing priorities
