A law firm is seeking a Staff Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in litigation, including drafting motions and negotiating settlements, within the consumer finance area. Prior experience representing banks, lenders, credit card issuers, and loan servicing companies is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters are essential. We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and expect the candidate to work in the office at least three business days per week. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
Experience in consumer finance litigation preferred
Experience representing banks, lenders, credit card issuers, and loan servicing companies preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
